    Rafael Nadal is poised to return to competitive tennis for Spain during their Davis Cup finals in November


    The 22-time grand slam champion's been named by captain David Ferrer in a five strong-squad headlined by Carlos Alcaraz .

    Nadal hasn't played since the Olympics in August due to fitness concerns.

    Spain have drawn the Netherlands in the last eight, defending champions Italy play Argentina, the United States meet Australia and Germany take on Canada.
