    Novak Djokovic's immediate future ahead of the French Open next month is unclear after withdrawing from the Italian tennis Open


    The 24-time grand slam winner has lost his last three matches - defeated first-up in Miami, Monte Carlo and in Madrid.

    Djokovic has slid to fifth in the world and has only won one title since the start of 2024 - last year's Olympic Games.
