Nick Kyrgios has blitzed Aryna Sabalenka in straight sets 6-3, 6-3 across what has been coined their battle-of-the-sexes tennis match in Dubai

Sabalenka is the current women's world number one and has four grand slam titles.

Kyrgios reached the Wimbledon final in 2022 but had played only five matches this year due to a wrist injury.

Sabalenka's side of court had been reduced by nine percent in what was intended as a way to balance the contest.

Each player was only allowed one serve per point.
