    From a day to forget to a sense of upwards momentum for New Zealand's Sail GP team in the Auckland regatta


    New Zealand struggled in the opening three races, finishing in fourth, eighth and sixth.



    But victory in the fourth and final race of day one has seen New Zealand move to fourth in the overall standings.

    Australia leads the regatta.
