    An offender is still on the run with an unknown amount of money after the aggravated robbery of a Cash in Transit van in Auckland


    Police say an offender approached security staff who were delivering cash to an ATM on Birkenhead Avenue, just before 2:30 yesterday afternoon.

    They say no one was injured, but the offender immediately fled the scene with cash - and is believed to have used a vehicle.

    Police are asking anyone who witnessed a person running towards a vehicle with a case at the time - to contact them.
