    Defending singles champion Gael Monfils has lost to Fabian Marozsan in three sets at the ASB Tennis Classic, a repeat of their 2024 match-up


    Monfils, in his final outing at the tournament aged 39, says he had no answer to Marozsan's returns at times.



    New Zealand duo James Watt and Finn Reynolds have won their opening doubles match via a super tie-break.

    Top singles seed Ben Shelton starts today's action on centre court from 11.30 - second seed Casper Ruud and fifth seed Cam Norrie will also feature.
