South Auckland Police are looking for footage connected to the death of Tangaru-Noere Turia in Papatoetoe

South Auckland Police are looking for footage connected to the death of Tangaru-Noere Turia in Papatoetoe

Police were called to Avis Avenue after a shot was fired through a window on Thursday evening.

Police shot Turia after he left the house with a firearm - after repeated police attempts to negotiate.

Police have set up an online portal where people can upload video footage or pictures they took before police arrived or during the standoff.
