    A person who jumped into the Upper Harbour near Greenhithe wharf has been found -- but it wasn't who Police thought it was


    Police have warrants out for the arrest of 53-year-old Sean Broderick -- and they thought they spotted him swimming away.

    The man Police have found today ... was a 43-year-old patched gang member breaching his bail.

    He's in custody and charges are likely to follow.

    Broderick remains on the run.
