    Police have seized firearms including an AK-47 semi automatic rifle and drugs - during searches of two rehab facilities on Auckland's North Shore


    Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Williams says controlled drugs had been flushed down the toilet - or nearly had been.

    Two men, aged 37 and 35 have been charged in relation to the supply and distribution of meth and offences under the Arms Act.

    One was a gang member and the other has links to gangs.

    They're due in the North Shore District Court tomorrow.
