    An open-air seawater pool opens to the public today in Auckland's Viaduct Harbour


    Karanga Plaza harbour pool is free to use during daylight hours, seven days a week, with lifeguards on duty during peak periods.

    Auckland Council kicked off the project to capitalise on the area's Tidal Steps - which were already a popular swimming spot.
