One person was arrested and eight evicted after a tense confrontation between Auckland FC and Western Sydney Wanderers fans yesterday

A video from the match at Auckland's Go Media Mt Smart Stadium shows Sydney fans acting aggressively, pointing fingers and chanting loudly.

Three security guards can be seen trying to keep the two sides apart while supporters on both sides threw cans at each other.

Auckland FC CEO Nick Becker says they're working to identify and ban anyone who is found responsible.
