Another outburst in court from the man charged with murdering Christchurch realtor, Yanfei Bao

Another outburst in court from the man charged with murdering Christchurch realtor, Yanfei Bao

Chinese national Tingjun Cao is accused of attacking Bao at a private property viewing in July last year.

Her stabbed body was found buried in a shallow grave, more than a year later.

Cao , who speaks no English, walked out of court last week, saying a witness was lying.

After being a subdued presence today - this afternoon Cao stood up in the dock, speaking loudly and waving documents and his hands at his lawyers.

Court has been adjourned for the day.
