    A person has died in hospital following a major incident in Christchurch's Northcote last Wednesday


    Three other people were injured in the incident on Hoani Street.

    Police have confirmed a firearm was fired.

    They say those involved were from two separate gangs, but Police say it wasn't a gang motivated attack.

    Three people aged 19, 31 and 40 have been remanded in custody and will appear in Court next month.

    Police say they are considering further charges.
