A Christchurch man with hundreds of convictions - who was once deemed a risk to teenage girls - is back behind bars

Kevan Beria Greer was sentenced in the Christchurch District Court on Tuesday.

He had earlier pleaded guilty to selling drugs and possessing objectionable material - including video of the 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings - and bestiality.

Ritalin and cannabis played a part in his earlier offending - including luring Christchurch schoolgirls to exchange drugs for sexual favours.
