    The Chiefs are aware they'll need to earn the number one playoff spot when they face the Highlanders in tonight's Super Rugby Pacific contest in Dunedin


    They're top of the table, with the Crusaders and the Brumbies not far behind.

    The Highlanders, meanwhile, have lost by seven points or less in seven games this season.
