    A man's been charged with using explosives to start a fire at an abandoned Dunedin house early on Tuesday


    It was one of three suspicious fires in the city in the space of hours.

    Police say a 48-year-old's been charged with wilfully damaging a property by explosive.

    Other blazes ruined a vacant building and a block of pine trees - and are still under investigation.
