    Former All Black Lima Sopoaga has revealed his biggest piece of advice for his younger Waikato teammates, ahead of tonight's NPC encounter with North Harbour in Hamilton


    The 34-year-old first five's experiencing his first NPC campaign since 20-16, having spent seven years overseas.

    Sopoaga's been imparting his wisdom in both on and off-field contexts.
