Hutt Valley Police are on the hunt for items of distinctive clothing following a spate of robberies at local bars

Earlier this month, two people entered a King Street bar, threatening staff with weapons before fleeing in a stolen vehicle.

One offender wore distinctive shoes, appearing to be a silver, metallic, chrome coloured sports shoe with a reflective logo on the back of the heel.

Another was wearing a 'Nike Academy' sweatshirt with distinctive white stripes and coloured shoes.

Three Hutt Valley bars have been targeted since December 10, and Police believe they're linked.
