    The Wellington Phoenix women's side will spend its first season based largely in Australia


    The team has been officially welcomed into the Australian W-League and will take part from this season, starting in November.

    But Chairman Rob Morrison says they'll begin life across the Tasman...



    Rob Morrison has also confirmed the Phoenix men's side will spend at least the first part of the new A-league season based in Australia.
