The Wellington Phoenix come up against a familiar face in their A-League game in Auckland this afternoon

The Wellington Phoenix come up against a familiar face in their A-League game in Auckland this afternoon

Western Sydney are coached by former Nix coach Mark Rudan , who took the reins of the Wanderers mid-season after being dumped by Western United last year.

It's the first time they've met the Wanderers since he took charge.

Rudan's departure from the Phoenix in 2019 still leaves many fans rankled but coach Ufuk Talay says he stays out of that kind of thing.
