    Police are investigating after a person was threatened with a large knife at a Wellington bus stop


    A man was seen holding the knife to someone known to them in Khandallah at midday yesterday.

    The offender was tasered and taken to hospital, while the other person is said to be shaken, but uninjured.

    The use of the taser has been referred to the Police watchdog, while officers continue to investigate the incident.
