Multiple explosions have rocked the Venezuelan capital Caracas

Multiple explosions have rocked the Venezuelan capital Caracas

On social Media, President Trump has announced that President Maduro has been captured and flown out of Venezuela after what has called a large scale attack on the South American nation.

In a statement earlier, Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro said he's ordered defense plans to be implemented when appropriate.

He's denounced what he's calling an imperialist attack which he claims is to seize Venezuela's oil and minerals.

Colombia's President Gustavo Petro has called for an emergency meeting of the United Nations.
