    An Ilyushin Il-76 military cargo plane has crashed and caught fire while landing near Russia's western city of Ryazan, killing four of the nine people on board


    Five survivors were hospitalised with injuries.

    Russia's defence ministry says the plane had an engine malfunction while on a training flight.
