E-scooter company Beam is removing their scooters from the streets of Porirua

The local council's made the announcement - saying the scooters will be gone from mid-November.

It comes after a number of cities, including Auckland and Wellington, removed the scooters from their streets over allegedly deploying more scooters than the company was allowed.
