    A mystery device closed a medical centre and disrupted public transport in Auckland's North Shore this morning - and turned out to be a battery pack


    It was found in a public toilet behind the Torbay Medical Centre.

    Patients were forced to seek treatment elsewhere and a bus route was also diverted.
