    A man's been taken into custody after armed police attended a family harm callout in Waikato's Parawera, southeast of Te Awamutu


    Police were called to a Mellsop Road property shortly before one this afternoon.

    Officers remain at the scene, but remaining cordons on the road will be lifted this evening.
