with. It's ruled the claim against scrapping it, satisfies the grounds for urgency.
It's adjourned the decision on whether a hearing will be held, and has given the Crown until January 31st to respond.
During that time, the Crown has to answer how it intends to progress and engage with Maori, on its alternative plan.
Health Minister Shane Reti says the Government is aware of the claim, but can't comment as its ongoing.
