    Winston Peters is continuing his war of words with Te Pati Maori - today attempting to goad its leaders into legal action


    Peters and Rawiri Waititi exchanged threats in the House yesterday, each implying the other wouldn't last five seconds if they had to step outside.

    Today, Peters called on the Serious Fraud Office to investigate Te Pati Maori's donation records.

    He wasn't worried that could prompt accusations of defamation.

    He says if they don't like what he's saying, they can sue him -- and if they did, he would get discovery and it would be all over, rover.
