AJ Hackett Bungy's swinging into Taupo

AJ Hackett Bungy's swinging into Taupo

The Commerce Commission's allowing subsidiary Queenstown Bungy - which operates in the southern town and Auckland - to join forces with Taupo Bungy.

Commission chair Anna Rawlings says the acquisition's unlikely to substantially lessen competition.

The Commerce Commission will clear a merger if it's also unlikely to impact competition.
