Climate protesters have taken their fight to Taranaki to disrupt an oil corporation

Climate protesters have taken their fight to Taranaki to disrupt an oil corporation

About one-hundred people have formed a human barricade outside of OMV's headquarters in New Plymouth.

They're planning a rolling occupation of the building for three days.

Greenpeace programme director Niamh O'Flynn says they're calling on OMV to surrender their deep-sea oil permits.

She says they're there to make it clear that business as usual can't continue.
