    A man has been charged over a hit-and-run that left a teen cyclist dead in Northland's Okaihau, on Tuesday night


    A 27-year-old Kaikohe man's been arrested and is initially charged with failing to stop or ascertain injury.

    Police still asking to hear from any witnesses to the collision on Settlers Way, and aren't ruling out further charges.
