Police in Gisborne appear to have hit a roadblock - a month into investigating the death of Bill Maangi on September 29

Detective Inspector Martin James is asking for the public to help them track the movements of a silver Hyundai Sonata over three weeks.

The Hyundai, registration AFN215, was stolen from Forrester House on Ormand Road - the night before Maangi died.

It was seen heading into Elgin, and spotted the next morning - then recovered on Churchill Street last week.
