    Everyone's accounted for - after a house fire in Whakatane last night


    Fire crews from Whakatane, Ohope, Edgecumbe and Kawerau were called about 9.30pm.

    Fire and Emergency says they arrived to find the house well alight, but everyone was out of the house, with no injuries reported.

    A fire investigator's due at the scene this morning.
