    State Highway 2 at Whakaki, just north of the Hawke's Bay's town of Wairoa has now closed - as the road's expected to be blocked for some time


    A logging truck crashed earlier this morning - spilling logs and debris over the stretch of highway west of Hinepua Road.

    Police and the Transport Agency, Waka Kotahi, urge people to avoid this road and expect delays.
