Four-hundred Nelson's port staff - and the thousand or so they live with - rolling up sleeves for Pfizer jabs

Four-hundred frontline staff at Nelson's port -- and the thousand or so they live with -- are rolling up their sleeves for the first of two Pfizer jabs from today

Port Nelson's Chief Executive, Hugh Morrison, says staff have been working hard to keep themselves -- and their families -- safe.

He says health authorities have been outstanding in the nationwide vaccine rollout -- and he's happy staff now have an extra layer of protection.

From Wednesday, vaccinators immunise 400 people in Marlborough -- 100 of those being staff.
