    Increasing global demand for our West Coast butter


    Hokitika's Westland Milk Products is investing 40 million into doubling its butter manufacturing capacity.

    Two new butter churns will be installed over the winter.

    Westland Milk general manager Hamish Yates says demand for the company's products have quadrupled in a little over three years.
