    Fonterra's new boss says reducing the company's debt by 800 million dollars is achievable

    Miles Hurrell has been installed as CEO today, having been interim boss since last August .

    Hurrell says their balance sheet has blown out in part because of troubles in Latin America and Australia.

    He says there've been economic problems in Latin America and the drought has been an issue in Australia.
