There are winners all round from Fonterra's strong annual result

There are winners all round from Fonterra's strong annual result

    Fonterra
    Fonterra
Total group revenue has jumped 11 percent, to 23.4 billion dollars.

Normalised profit after tax is 591 million dollars, up by one percent.

The Country's Rowena Duncum says the farmgate milk payout of $9.50 a kilo will inject 13.7 billion dollars into the economy.

She says there'll also be a dividend of 20 cents per share - comprising the interim 5 cents a share paid in March...and a final dividend of 15 cents next month.

She says it's great news for shareholders, especially because Fonterra hasn't always been in a position to pay a dividend.
