The dairy co-op is lifting its forecast Farmgate Milk Price -- its midpoint rising from eight-dollars to eight-dollars-50.
It follows a recent spike in global dairy prices, driven by rising demand from China.
Chief Executive Miles Hurrell says while things are heading in the right direction, they're waiting to see whether the trend continues.
He says they want to see if that continues over the next one to two months.
