    Sam Welsford has won the second stage of the Tour Down Under in Adelaide


    The Aussie came out on top in the 128.8 kilometre stage, with Kiwi Corbin Strong finishing ninth.

    Welsford won yesterday's opening stage.

    Tomorrow's third stage is 147.5 kilometers from Norwood to Uraidla.
