    The coach of mountain biker Sammie Maxwell has commended the support from his rider's professional team following a historic World Cup triumph


    The Decathlon Ford cyclist became the first New Zealand woman to win a World Cup cross-country race, in the latest event in Brazil.

    Coach Sam Thompson - who is based in New Zealand - says the Decathlon Ford team has been instrumental in Maxwell's success.
