    It's been a tough ride both on and off the track for cyclist Zakk Patterson, who's celebrating winning stage three in the Tour of Southland


    Taking out the course from Riverton to Te Anau for the second time in a row, Patterson says it means a whole lot more considering his health earlier in the year.



    Regan Gough is the tour leader, retaining the orange jersey after placing third.
