A senior National minister's wishing Campbell Barry well, after he revealed he's bowing out this election

A senior National minister's wishing Campbell Barry well, after he revealed he's bowing out this election

Lower Hutt Mayor Campbell Barry, who's been on the council for more than a decade, won't be going for a third term for the mayoralty.

He says it's time for a change.

Hutt South MP Chris Bishop says he's wishing Barry well.

He says despite coming from different sides of politics, they've had a good relationship.
