    A little bit of movement in the Auckland housing market..


    OneRoof's latest house price figures show the median value of Auckland houses has hit 920-thousand-dollars.

    Property editor Owen Vaughan says that's growth of about four per cent year-on-year.

    He says it's not a huge increase - but it show's there's some momentum because the Auckland market was almost flat a year ago.
