Parking changes in Auckland's CBD will be extended to Wynyard Quarter from today

Parking changes in Auckland's CBD will be extended to Wynyard Quarter from today

People will now be charged to park on Sundays and on public holidays.

The changes were delayed when the Wynyard crossing was closed for repairs.

From March next year overnight charging will start, set at one to two dollars an hour.

Higher fees will be charged in areas with higher demand in an effort to keep the city moving at night.
