    15 million dollars of earthworks will mark the start of Queenstown's central business district extension


    Cabins on the Lakeview site will be cleared this month - as the Council kicks off infrastructure work.

    A consortium of Ninety Four Feet, Augusta Capital, and other partners are linking it to the business centre.

    Council projects manager Paul Speedy says the first stages of residential apartments have been finalised and a stormwater upgrade begins this month, with new roads to follow.
