Kiwi business tycoon Sir Ron Brierley's now facing 14 charges of allegedly possessing child abuse materials

New South Wales courts confirmed the 83-year-old faces another eight charges.

He's due to appear in Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court again next month.

Brierley originally faced six charges after being arrested last December at Sydney airport.

At the time, Police allegedly found more than 200-thousand images and 500 videos on devices in his hand luggage.
