A Christchurch property's turned a profit of more than a million dollars in two years

It's the latest sign of the city's booming property market - which is at a five-year high for house profits.

The four-bedroom Fendalton home sold for over four-million-dollars under the hammer, more than a million dollars over its 2019 valuation.

The Weka Street property last changed hands in March 2019 - and it's turned a profit of 1.1 million dollars in 24 months.
