    A class action has been filed against A2 Milk


    It seeks compensation for eligible shareholders it alleges suffered losses after a significant decline in the value of shares between August 2020 and May 2021.

    Philip Skelton, QC, says the action claims inaccurate information given to the market, meant investors couldn't make informed decisions on whether to buy, sell or retain A2 shares.

    He says many investors lost substantial sums.
