A look at how our economy has performed in the first quarter of the year

A look at how our economy has performed in the first quarter of the year

GDP figures will be released by Stats NZ at 10:45 this morning and it's thought there will be no - or slow - growth.

ASB Chief Economist Nick Tuffley says it will be tough as we're bouncing out of the Omicron outbreak.

He says there's a gloomy feeling amongst our business community.

Tuffley says business confidence shows nervousness and concern around costs.
